1)  Convert to formulae and solve and state the type of reaction:

Show  the bonding of magnesium with chlorine to make an ionic molecule- Magnesium dichloride (MgCl₂ ).

 

Show  the bonding of potasium with bromine to make an ionic molecule- Magnesium dichloride (KBr ).

Show  the bonding of carbon with hydrogen to make a covalent molecule- Methane (CH₄ ).

Show  the bonding of hydrogen with sulfer to make a covalent molecule-  DiHydrogenSulfide (H₂S).

 

 2)  Read and take C. notes for Ch 6.3 & 4, pgs, 161 - 171 in glencoe biology text book.
